Cancelled appointments:

If you need to cancel an appointment, or are running late please contact me via email or leave a message on 07976 896388. Repeated cancellation without reasonable cause may mean I am unable to continue working with you.

Fees:
I charge £150 an hour for individual work and £180 an hour for family work.

I also offer cognitive and neurodevelopmental assessment services – tailored quotes available on request.

Payment methods:
You can pay by the following methods:

1. Bank transfer:

Invoices are to be settled within 14 days of issue. If payment remains outstanding and the matter is not resolved formal proceedings will commence.

2. Via health insurance:

It is your responsibility to ensure that your insurance or health care provider will cover the fees. It is advisable to get written authorisation from the insurance company as should they choose not to pay, you would be liable for any outstanding invoices.

Email:

Please remember that email is not a secure method of communication. I will password protect any documents containing sensitive information. The Egress email system can also be used at client request.

Consent to retain information:

My work as a Clinical Psychologist involves the processing of sensitive personal information. I store this data with care and in accordance with both the law and professional guidelines. Following GDPR I have to obtain your consent to store this information.

Once you have given initial consent to hold your information and clinical services have been provided to you, I have to continue to hold your information under statutory obligations and in some instances under legitimate interest for a period of time.
