We collect such Non-personal and Personal Information for the following purposes:

  3. To provide clinical psychology services

  4. To review information about relevant clinical history to aid therapy and for assessment and diagnostic purposes

  5. To support and complete the clinical psychology and assessment services you request we provide to you

  6. To comply with any applicable laws and regulations

 

The information we collect

We receive, collect and store information you enter on our website or provide us in any other way. In addition, we may collect the Internet protocol (IP) address used to connect your computer to the Internet; computer and connection information. We may use software tools hosted within our website platform to anonymously measure and collect session information, including page response times, length of visits to certain pages, page interaction information, and methods used to browse away from the page.

We also collect personally identifiable information (including name, email, password, communications) from our contact form on our website.

When you contact us via the contact form on our website, as part of the initial enquiry process, we collect personal information you give us including your name, email address, phone number and your enquiry message. Your personal information provided from an enquiry will be used to process and respond to your enquiry. Enquiry information will be removed from the website platform and / or discarded periodically.

How we store your data

Our website is hosted on the Wix.com platform. Wix.com is the online platform that allows us to sell our services to you and is provided through our IT partners. Your enquiry data may be stored through Wix.com’s data storage, databases and the general Wix.com applications. They store your data on secure servers behind a firewall.

We store your detailed clinical information gathered after initial enquiry separately. Detailed clinical data from appointments is not stored in the Wix platform. It is stored and processed in our own systems or by our cloud providers including Apple, Microsoft, Zoom and Egress.

We retain some of your clinical data for a statutory period for due diligence reasons, to provide future clinical services to you and for clinical record keeping. Initial enquiry data will be periodically discarded or removed from the Wix platform.

 

Contacting you

We may contact you to provide clinical services, to notify you of clinical results, to resolve a dispute, to collect fees or monies owed, or as otherwise necessary to contact you to enforce our terms and conditions, applicable national laws, and any agreement we may have with you. For these purposes we may contact you via email, internet video calling, telephone, text messages, and postal mail.

Cookies

We operate and monitor our website through the intrinsic capabilities required by our website platform Wix. The Wix core platform uses some purely functional session cookies. More information can be found on the Wix privacy policy.

 

We do not use any Wix apps or add-ons that use non-essential cookies. We also do not use any non-essential cookies for third parties, external analytics platforms or cross-site tracking.

Sharing your information

We will not share your personal or clinical information with any third parties without your consent, unless we are legally required to do so. There are some limited circumstances where we may be required to share your personal information, such as when safeguarding concerns arise or under a court order. In these limited circumstances we will share only the information we are required to share to resolve a safeguarding concern or legally required to under court order. It is our view that sharing of raw clinical session notes should not be required under any circumstances and we will robustly defend your right to privacy.
